  • I recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance for cookies, cupcakes, and small cakes.
    For anything custom, or celebration boxes and larger/custom cakes, please order 4–6 weeks ahead.
    Holiday weeks book up fast — early is always best!

  • Simply fill out my Custom Order Inquiry Form.
    I’ll review your details and email you with availability, pricing, and a proposal-invoice within 24–48 hours.

  • No — your date is not secured until your invoice is approved and your 50% non-refundable deposit is paid.

  • Sometimes! Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule for an added fee. Feel free to ask — I’ll do my best to help.

  • I accept in-person payment Cash, or Zelle, Venmo, and debit/credit payments through your invoice.

  • Your deposit covers ingredients, planning, custom prep work, and secures your spot on my limited weekly schedule.
    For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Final payment is due 10 days before pickup.
    Unpaid orders may be canceled.

  • I love inspiration photos, but I do not copy designs exactly.
    I recreate your vision in my signature Rosie style to ensure quality and originality.

  • Here’s a quick look at my standard flavors:

    • Cookies – My signature soft vanilla shortbread.
    • Cupcakes – Classic vanilla or chocolate and strawberry.
    • Cakes – Popular flavors like vanilla, chocolate, lemon, strawberry, and marble.

    I occasionally offer fun limited-edition cookie and cupcake flavors for holidays and special releases. These pop-ups are announced on Facebook and Instagram — follow along so you don’t miss them!

    🎂 Cake Flavor Requests
    I do take custom flavor requests for cakes! If you’re looking for something special, just include it in your inquiry and I’ll let you know if I can create it.

  • For large or specialty cake orders, tastings may be available by request.

  • Pickup is in Pueblo, Colorado.
    You’ll receive the pickup address in your confirmation email.

  • Please message me as soon as possible.
    Orders left uncollected after 30 minutes may no longer be available due to scheduling.

  • Yes — delivery is available within Pueblo and Pueblo County for an added fee.
    Limited delivery to Colorado Springs is available depending on the date and schedule.
    Delivery outside these areas must be pre-approved.

  • Fees are calculated based on distance and time.
    Pueblo deliveries start at $5–$10.
    Colorado Springs deliveries may range from $25–$40.

  • Keep cakes refrigerated and bring to room temperature 1–2 hours before serving.

  • Decorated sugar-shortbread cookies stay fresh up to 1 week in an airtight container.

  • Cupcakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours.

  • Yes! You’ll receive a Treat Care Card at pickup or delivery with all storage and handling details.

  • I offer allergy-friendly options upon request, but my kitchen uses:
    dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts, and soy.
    Cross-contamination is possible, so I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

  • Not at this time.

  • Not at this time — all orders are local to Pueblo, Colorado.

  • I mainly take custom orders, but I occasionally offer holiday boxes or seasonal specials.

  • Absolutely! Many customers order bundles for events.
    Just select Multiple Items on the inquiry form.

  • Because each order is custom, refunds are not available once the order is completed.
    If there is a concern, please contact me within 24 hours — I always want to make things right.

  • Rosie Bake Me A Cake does not slice, serve, or stay onsite after delivery. Once your cake is picked up or delivered, you or your event host are responsible for handling, cutting, and serving. If you need a recommended slicing chart for your cake size, I’m happy to provide one!
