    For the best results:

    1. Refrigerate until firm

    2. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap

    3. Wrap again in aluminum foil

    4. Place inside an airtight freezer container

    5. Freeze up to 1 year

If you'd like a fresh anniversary cake instead, I’m happy to remake your original flavor at a special discounted rate.

  • Wedding cakes should always remain indoors or in a cool, climate-controlled space.
Buttercream and heat do not mix well — even a few minutes in the sun can cause melting.
Your cake table should be placed away from windows, heaters, or direct sunlight.

  • No — I do not slice or serve cakes for any events. After delivery and setup, your venue staff or catering team will handle slicing and serving. They are trained to portion wedding cakes properly, and I’m happy to provide a slicing guide if needed.

  • I recommend giving your caterer a heads-up about your cake size and structure before the reception begins. If they need help determining the correct serving sizes, I can provide a standard slicing chart for both wedding slices and coffee slices.
