♡ Placing an Order
Placing an order is a piece of cake!
Once you submit an inquiry form, I’ll contact you within 24–48 hours with availability, pricing, and a personalized proposal.
Your date is secured only after your proposal is signed and your deposit is made. If not completed within 72 hours, the proposal will automatically expire.
Your order and date is not confirmed until:
your invoice is approved
your deposit is paid
♡ Dates cannot be held without a deposit.
♡ Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Final Payment
Your remaining balance is due 14 days before pickup.
Unpaid orders may be canceled.
Why deposits are non-refundable

prep work
design planning
reserving your date (I take limited orders each week)

Deposits are non-refundable.
If the full balance was paid early, a partial credit may be possible depending on how much work has begun.
Order Changes
Small changes may be allowed up to 7 days before pickup.
Changes within 7 days cannot be guaranteed.
♡ Weekly Order Limits
I accept a limited number of orders each week to ensure quality.
Please book early!
Recommended notice:
2–3 weeks: cookies, cupcakes & small cakes
2-4 weeks: celebration boxes
4-6 weeks: large or custom cakes / busy seasons
Rush orders may be available for an added fee.

Pickup is in Pueblo, Colorado.
You’ll receive the exact address in your confirmation email.
Pickup Guidelines
Please arrive at your scheduled time
If running late, message me ASAP
Orders left uncollected after 30 minutes may no longer be available
Once picked up, you are responsible for the care of your treats
♡ Delivery Information
Delivery may be available depending on the date.
I currently offer delivery within Pueblo and Pueblo County.
I may be able to deliver to Colorado Springs on select dates depending on availability.
A delivery fee will be added to all orders inside and outside of Pueblo.
For the best experience:
Delivery outside Pueblo is limited and must be approved ahead of time.

Once delivered, Rosie Bake Me A Cake is not responsible for heat damage, melting, or mishandling at your event location.
♡ Serving & Handling
Rosie Bake Me A Cake does not slice, serve, or stay onsite after delivery. Once your cake is picked up or delivered, you or your event host are responsible for handling, cutting, and serving. If you need a recommended slicing chart for your cake size, I’m happy to provide one!
♡ Storage & Handling
Cakes
Keep refrigerated.
Bring to room temperature 1–2 hours before serving for the best texture.
Cookies
Stay fresh up to 1 week in an airtight container.
Cupcakes
Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
Celebration Boxes
Keep cool until your event.
I’ll always include a sweet little Treat Care Card at pickup or delivery with everything you need to keep your desserts fresh, safe, and picture-perfect.

I do not offer allergy-free or allergen-friendly options, and I cannot guarantee that any product will be free of cross-contamination.

Inspiration vs. Duplication
I happily use your inspiration photos, but I do not copy designs exactly.
Your treats will be unique, beautiful, and crafted with joy.

I may use photos of your treats for my social media or website.
If you prefer your order not be shared, just let me know — I always respect your privacy.
♡ Weather Policy
Heat and sun can cause cakes and frosting to melt.

hot cars
outdoor heat
long display times
travel time
Please store your treats safely.

Custom orders are non-refundable once completed.
